I believe we all could agree that the most important fact about our industry, and those men/women out here delivering the goods all citizens need. Is we are not robots, autonomous, nor do i have an on/off switch either up my rear, or on my body. Some of us can drive longer than our counterparts before getting tired. I believe we should have the right to decide when we are tired, and need rest. With this, if a driver did cause an accident of any size, or a death of a motorist is involved due to the neglect of a commercial driver. The punishment, fines, and consequences would be high. If i remember right, most of us are adults, and our parents stopped telling us what, or how to do things many years ago.
What would you want to show the world?

Try to ride along with a reefer drivers that deliver to grocery warehouses. Don't let the employees at the grocery warehouse know you're filming. You'll see the worst of the worst of how truckers are treated by grocery warehouse employees. Those grocery warehouse employees are worse than steel mill union employees and longshoremen at the ports. Use one of those little cameras hidden in eye glasses or pinned to a shirt or hat.
Ssand Man, lovesthedrive and NathanElder Thank this. -
show all the 400+ pounder drivers, trying to get into and out of thier trucks, laying on a whole shaker of salt onto thier foods, taking 6 plates of food from the buffet, and trying to fit into the shower room door.
then for good measure, video (smeller vision) would be great too, of all the dirty, grimey, smelly drivers that refuse to take a shower, and watch people pass out as they pass by. -
