what years are pre egr on DD series 60

12.7 Engines:
1992 to mid 1995 DDEC1 no EGR.
Mid 1995 to 1997 DDEC2 no EGR.
1998-99 DDEC3 no EGR.
2000 to late 03 (depending when truck was ordered) DDEC4 no EGR.
After 10-2003 ALL 12.7 engines had EGR until discontinued.
14.0 engines:
1999-03 DDEC4 no EGR.
After 10-2003 ALL 14.0 had EGR until discontinued.

 

that 2001 and 2002 is what I’m looking for.

I believe these are the best engines to get pre egr and post elog.

1999 to whenever they droped the 12.7 Non egr would be MK and BK engine the early MK had Bolt on Rods Sometime in 99 the MK switch to the same rods as the BK So after they went with same rods in MK and BK Both are a good engine other then MK had smaller injectors as they were the lower hp engine between the 2 models also Rumor Has it after 2000 some 12.7 had the 14L HK Block has anyone seen or heard of this ?
