You did not move the trailers around on those little wheels, unless you just wanted to replace the landing gear.
Some trailers like log trailers and long pipe dollys, plus converter gears are exempt from spring breaks, as they have to be moved at times with out charging them with air, and in the case of pipe dollys or log gear, if a guy started to move without the brakes releasing, your load may hit the ground right there.
