If I can sync it to my bank or credit card itll all be auto fill without having to manually fill everything in for alot of it.

I'll give it another shot, rigbooks and fogline. Just also considering other systems people use.

I like QuickBooks. Picks up bank transactions, saves receipts, everything saved online. Keeps up with whatever category you create...fuel, maintenance, parts, etc.

My issue with quickbooks is you cant edit the layout of the profit and loss. It also puts some transactions in places I dont want. I got the self employed.
I like how my company keeps track of alot of things such as they sent me a spreadsheet with all my fuel fill ups gallons and location and amount. With fogline you cant upload that into it. You have to type everything in.
Rigbooks I think you can. Which would save me a lot of work.
Also another thing is many purchases I dont have a paper receipt as it was emailed like Uber or my phone, or online purchases. So I'd like to have it all downloaded and organized. Or something. Does anyone have any good business accounts that do this in a good format?

Also with quickbooks, the phone support needs improvement. They have their scripts I guess.

Try HURDLR I left Quickbooks for them and love it they also have a chat on there if you need help. I created my own categories for the truck and have my business cards linked to it.

    Shotgun94 Thanks this.

Couple of questions that'll make a difference on the software to use.

Are you an owner operator, leased onto someone or a company driver (pretty not company but have to ask)?

How far behind are you on tracking your numbers?

What specifically are you trying to import? Credit cards? Bank cards? Fuel card?

How are you tracking your loads?

Do you do your own ifta?

I use Waveapps. It's free and has everything you need.

Shotgun94 did you get Rigbooks? I am looking into it first.
