whats a Roehl prehire?

Don't think you can rely on exp. drivers. They are worth more and know it. Sometimes they know they are worth more then the companies say... lol
It really is all individual feelings. As far as how you feel the company treats you compared to what you expect. Each driver needs to look at it differently. Its all relative comes to mind...

 

I got my pre-hire letter today. Still don't know of what their pay structure is? Anybody know the mileage and the "your choice pays"?
