I've talked to the lease guys at the company I'm working for right now and they all say they will be left sitting while the company guy gets sent to load. Of course this may just be frustrated guys with truck payments but who knows.
Whats better Kenworth T-600 Or International 9400 eagle

Maybe those gears would be great construction trucking or off road low speed type hauling or hauling large extream over weight load trucking .
Hell i wouldnt even take 4:11 4:33 with a 18 speed for standard over the road trucking! -
Oh man I really actually finally found a freaking good company I love it its great!!! I made $1380 dollars last week take home I don't mean to brag but hell its true. I really love this company they treat me like family. Even when I call them they know me by my first name. I get excellent miles too!!! last week I got 2600. This week is sure to be over 3000. I think being a lease operator is really a good thing if you find the right company.
HOORAH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck man, wish you the best, but thats not exactly a lot when considering you have to pay for everything. Just wait till stuff starts breaking, or you need tires, brakes, etc. That $1300 a week wont take you far, especially when you figure being a O/O your not getting taxes taken out, so just wait till april 15th of next year.
Remember, MONEY NOT MILES. -
$1300 a week isnt crap to me, espically running those miles. I hope you have a very good Maintence/repair plan in place. I tried talking you out of leaseing, and into buying but you had to lease.. Don't get me wrong, I wish you the best of luck with this. At the end of your lease, had you borrowed money to buy that truck you would own it, unlike where you are at.
Are you putting money away for maintence, repairs, taxes, fuel taxes, tires, etc.? If so, how much?
We want to make sure you are set up correctly and you don't get 6 months in and have to spend $10k on repairs and not have it. There are plenty of real expierenced o/o's on here that can tell you if you are putting enough away.
I just spent $8k on a whole bunch of stupid crap
Wheelbearings, U joints, Yokes, Steering box, etc. etc.
Trucks cost ALOT of money to keep them up and running, and when stuff breaks or wears out, it can EASILY cost THOUSANDS of dollars.
BTW, how many miles are on your truck?
And what truck did you end up getting? -
Well if you all are going to be negative I don't wish to reply anymore simple as that. I already said I was financially stable and can easily afford to do this. If you all wanna throw the negative bullcrap in my face then that is fine too I don't have to hear it. As for you saying $1300 dollars aint crap to me that is fine too I will be sure to send you a cookie...piece -
Chill out dude, no one is putting you down, this is harsh reality. I just want to let u know whats up. You can make that kinda money running company equipment to the west coast and back.... If your happy than its all that matters!
-
yes I'am finally happy this is the company that allowed me to keep my career as a truck driver. If it weren't for this company I would be working back in the meat packing house. That is just how well they take care of there drivers and pay them and treat them. I could not find a better company in Heaven itself.
