    Would like to know what's going on with swift ,out of phoenix
    as of the last 6-12 month's I've seen alot good and bad listed on
    this site as in almost any company, would just like to know what's
    going on now. If your one thats going to reflect on past years
    please don't bother. Thanks

    It's pretty much business as usual for Swift. Drivers come and drivers go. Just found out last week that Ohio added itself to the list of states who are revoking licenses from the Millington debacle. The guy who was my mentor has 30 days to retake the CDL tests. A lot of the MS Carriers trailers are now going bye-bye (finally) along with the last of Swift's "Roadrailers". Other than that, nothing exciting. Was there something specific you wanted to know about?

    Swift is reducing their fleet by 18% . Don't expect to find work there .

    If your in SD I'd stick with the LA area I believe there are two terminals out there you can latch onto. You can't beat that fire and brimstone city for freight either.
