is that:
hub miles(which may not be accurate measure of distance from location to location),
zip code to zip code(which may not be accurate measure of distance from location to location),
or actual location to actual location(which is the most accurate in my opinion)?
2 companies with same cents per mile pay, may have different actual pay because of these factors.
