Check out your plan on you cell phone. If it allows unlimited data, you can get a phone that makes it's own WIFI hot spot for you. Just turn on the phone's WIFI, then log onto it with your laptop. That way you can get rid of any other internet service, and save a few bucks.

You need to get a Rand McNally truckers atlas, even though you have a gps. You also need to buy a CB. Whether you want to use it or not, some shippers call you on the CB. Having a CB can also alert you to what is happening on the road ahead, such as a wreck, snow or ice. A CB can help you find ways around both.

no #### lol he's going to need a backup for that 720 if it's anything like the 710 was......makes a nice paperweight at the house though

funny how that atlas never freezes, never forgets where it is, and doesn't have junk for a power cable that wore out after less than a year.....and that I didn't see one on his list of equipment. recipe for disaster an expensive toy and no atlas

I would add a good push broom.

    I have two questions.
Water purification system? Plan on roughing it out in the woods or something?????:biggrin_255:

No cb? I think thats a bad idea. They can be a real time saver if youre stuck in an accident zone and a real help if youre lost or have a light out etc....
