Ok,I am confused now.Who is hammondt?

 

you cant fix peoples problems just writing a report though, there are some people that are told things or read things over and over and still cant figure things out and fail

Idiots that pull freight for next to nothing. And it isn't only the mega carriers, there are PLENTY of fools with their own authority/leased on that do it too.
Then, the IRS that takes as much as they feel like when equipment is paid for etc.
Fuel can be whatever, the rates should cover it if problem number one goes away.

Not sure how you would make a report out of 2 sentences, but if its some kind of government grant, I'm sure you'll make it work....

this month I spent 1500$ for ERG venturi tube and 3 sensors attached, 2300$ for EGR and 550$ for a stupid flexible pipe and another sensor.
