Staring off undercapitalized seems, to me, to be the highest cause of failure and the leading cause of perpetual limping along, i.e." being behind the 8 ball".
But then again, if William B. Rigger just has to have that "hood" and "yella motor" first time out, I doubt very much that any amount of venture capital can save him.
