Seattle/Portland has the hottest job market in country right now. From what I've heard getting loads out of the NW has always been a problem. Lots of Mtns to cross over and chains to throw. I'm hauling chemicals local as an o/o out of Portland and we are busy, but I'm looking at relocating to south Texas. Warm weather, flat terrain, way less traffic and much cheaper than the NW.
My vote is TX!
