    The v12s were king of the hill. Naturally aspirated, (the blowers are scavenger blowers) they put out 450 hp when the next best was 335 Cummins. They also turbocharged them, either big single or twin turbos, and then they put out some serious horse pressure.

    The one I drove was in a COE, half of the engine stuck out the back of the cab. Horrible fuel mileage but no hill was too big.
