As of right now I'm just using PB Blaster. It woks well, you just need to apply it often.

I use lucas fifth wheel and slider lube most of the time and sometimes i just mix some regular lucas and motor oil together and smear it on with a small paint brush.

I soak mine with PB blaster on friday and coat it with white lithium grease on monday usually. If you keep from dropping them in the snow and dirt it helps too LOL

I used to use Lucas 5th wheel lube but its very stiff in cold weather. I've also mixed it with atf to thin it down and the detergents in the atf help with dirt. But its very messy I'll stick with white spray grease its fast easy and not such a mess after.

Try the stuff called "Fluid Film"....its available at most Case or John Deere dealers. It lasts WAAAAAAAAAAAY longer than anything else...including grease.

A small bit of graphite powder.

Put it in, screw all the way in and out once to spread it. Small amounts don't leave a residue that will come off.

No worries about temp, it doesn't freeze.

John Deere dealers sell it in a large bottle with a nice tip that can be cut to whatever size you want.

I use it on locks, binders, door hinges, anything that moves.

The only thing I have found that will stop a seat from squeaking for more than a few days :D

Here is a video that tells a little more about it...its costs about $9.00 for a can...but because 1 application lasts so long, its still cheaper than all that other stuff (PB Blaster, WD-40, etc.)...I use it on binders, leather (my work boots), wood, and guns..also on the 5th wheel and rollers (RGN trailer)...I have to unhook from this mechanical RGN a lot, grease doesn't last long, the Fluid Film sorta offsets that by keeping stuff slick.
