What's the best way to for an European driver to get a job in Canada?

    Thanks for those precious info's and I will be emailing them this afternoon with a resume. It look like Canada is always short of drivers, have you got regulations on driving hours like in Europe ? Is that why?

    I had a good giggle while reading your answers tho :) I just shaved my duck dynasty looking beard in the hope to look less like one of those as well ! Easier at borders control :)

    Thanks for the response, I just wonder how a company can offer a job to someone 5000 miles away without seeing him? Skype perhaps? not sure how it works for expats those days

    What's hard to understand is the recruitment process over the phone or Internet. For most jobs in the UK you have a string of interview or at least a test. But I guess they are offering you the job with a probation period and take it from there.
