After Rockwell spun off Meritor and merged them with Arvin they bought the Volvo truck factory in Sweden to build transmissions for euro market and went big into automated. I thought Meritor and Volvo developed the I-shift together and Meritor is building it.
What's the deal with Rockwell transmissions?
