Titan is a good solid trailer, but they are a trash trailer, and heavy. Their floors often have much deeper grooves in than ours do.
What's the deal with walking floor trailers?

I haven't hauled then myself, but they are used exclusively for hauling trash, and I see them on the highway all the time, they certainly look heavy.
Good to know the differences. ThanksOxbow, Canadianhauler21 and Sons Hero Thank this. -
We have both titan and western trailer at work for trash hauling. Hands down the titan is a very much better built trailer than western trailers. The westerns use a thin sidewall and have a lot of flex in them when taking corners or driving on uneven ground.

Large cities use them to haul garbage far away; also recycling. They use both hard and soft tops. They're loaded by compactors at transfer stations. As was said above, they're also used for wood shavings, mulch and other agricultural products.
I'd look for trucking companies in the agricultural sector. GFL runs a lot of garbage loads. So does Laidlaw/Transforce.
