What's the difference between Sirius and XM Radio?

    I have never been in an area where XM doesn't work. I even have the crappy antenna that came with the radio.

    It is problematic where I live. Signal fades all the time. This is what I was told about the satellites but it could have been ########.

    I,m looking to get a satellite radio, for the truck. Who has the best deal ? best buy anygood And what player is good. And which co. has 70,s 80,s old country,and new wave 80,s and a good trucking channell- info for o/o thanks

    You use an external antenna? The satellites are around the equator, so the farther north you go the more towards the horizontal the line of sight is. Satellites only put out about 5 watts.

    They both have the same coverage areas.
