That's goal msg is sometimes retarded, I'm not sending it. If I set up for a backing and I have trucks on the street waiting on me to back so they can come in the truck stop do you think I'm going to sit there messing with the qc sending a msg? At that point I'm being a hazard.

I went to a customer when I set up for the back the trl was over the R/R tracks, I'm not going to sit over the tracks sending GOAL.

I know when to get out and look, don't need anyone baby sitting me. I did not sign up for SWIFT DAYCARE and AFTER HOURS

A driver should know his/her limit with the truck and trailer, if you need someone in the office to tell you get out and look because its a tight spot, what else are you not doing because they don't tell you.

That's at all terminals if you take more than 3 days, even if you earned it.

Then send the goal message once you're backed in or when the hazzard passes. Not that hard.
You guys are making a mountain out of a molehill. Get down off your high horse. When you think about it, it's like that at EVERY job: "they told me I had to wear steel toe shoes and a hard hat for my new construction job" or "I have to wear a hairnet while cooking food?!" Get real. It's not a lot to do-takes a few seconds and is obviously to cover your butt and theirs should something happen. To the guys constantly complaining about this-do something about it. Don't just sit there and complain. You have options. Move on.

    Bad attitudes FTL!
