    I know youre talking about hazmat, but if we are talking about things with eventual *potential* for harm, how bout engines for fighter jets, or the raw steel being turned into battleship ammo casings...

    Towed the same quarry blast truck couple times a year. It was the biggest under maintained vehicle I've ever seen. One would think it was held to higher standard. But they didn't come to us except for towing.
