Keep my schedule of driving either on days or nights. Flip flopping a sleep schedule is deadly to a persons sleep pattern. I've done it so much lately that there was a week where I was unable to sleep for 59 hours. My record thus far is 68. Happens all the time with my company.

Yeah. That happened to me yesterday: got up at 3 am because I was going home, drove 8 hours (Max time: about 500 miles) took my :30 min break at a T/A then fueled up and drove another hour back home. So it's noon, the kid gets out of school, pick him up. He's got a fever, take him to the doc. Now to the pharmacy, there's a line, that took an hour, it's almost 5 already (14 hrs and counting) need to make dinner but the dishes are dirty, by the time that's done, the kid has passed out. Dinner for 1? Or take out? Decide to munch on some leftovers. Shower and put the kid to bed. Hmm finally some time for TV, sheesh it's 11 pm already? Didn't I start this day at 3? (And it's not like I got 8 hrs the night before at the truck stop.) so up 20+ hours on 5 hrs sleep?

I'm sleeping till noon tomorrow (ehhh? No I didn't)
