The Common Powertrain Controller (CPC) on the classic Cascadia is behind the upper center dash panel . On the New Cascadia the CPC is located in the electronics bay about the 3rd slot from the bottom. (The electronics bay is behind dash cover roughly in front of passenger seat.)
