Can a newbie straight out of CDL with a tanker, Doubles/triples endorsement find a good paying job hauling water in the oilfields? I'm about to head out to Texas from Florida to give it a shot.or should I wait ti get hired on before making the move

I'm not sure about the Texas oilfields hiring new drivers.

But, 99.99999% of the time, it's better to have the job before moving 5 states away.

You will not get a job without knocking on doors and yes yes if you go to west Texas you will absolutely find a job in the oilfield.

Just reading an article yesterday about oil field jobs in N.D. Employer does phone interviews and explains pay/housing etc BEFORE the potential driver packs up and heads out.
