What's the scoop on Fikes out of Arkansas

A very good friend of mine just left them about 8 weeks ago. This guy is willing and able to work his tail off,runs as legal as possible,has no accidents in 13 years,etc. He had worked with them several years ago and liked it but as he said times have changed and so did this company. He had problems with dispatching, trailer and miles; decided to leave them after a year and then the *&## really hit the fan. BE VERY SURE you understand what every word,phrase,line,sentence and paragraph in your contract means and how it can affect you and your ability to be profitable. Remember those lease agreements are written by the lesser and are not designed to protect or serve the lessee nearly as well as the lessor!
