    Hey Guys
    I am a new trucker w/a 26 ft box gvw 33,000, my own authority, MC# etc. I have been working for a courier outfit - that has proven to be really slacking on the backhauls This has made many of the loads they offer not worth taking. My attraction to them was the fact that they pay weekly. What is the best way to find a balance...steady work w/ weekly pay without a lot of deadheading from a load destination empty.
