Heard awhile back: "I'm asleep at the wheel. Wake me up when I hit Kansas City".
-
This guy jumped on and said "My wagon aint saggin, it's just my balls are too big for my britches." I'm not even sure what he was talking about but I thought it sounded pretty funny. I was way down in south GA at the time, which had alot to do with it.

Right now in St. Louis MO. There's some idiot on 19 that keeps saying "I want my daddys records back". Of course if you respond back with your echo turned on (as someone did) he'll spend the next 10 minutes talking about how much of an idiot you are for having it.

Try again .. from 1983 they really stopped doing much.
Instead they are making sure that prisoners have cheap cell phones and making sure that people don't see things from those wardrobe mistakes. -
Well I didn't read the whole thread so I apologize if this has already been mentioned. I was up on I44/MO near Hood's Truck Stop (exit 61?) one night and heard a women driver hollar, as she pulled off the interstate to go into Hood's, "anybody want to go 50/50 on a organism?"

When I was running I65 sb about a month ago some clown was saying "back em down we're coming to a stop there is a bobtail with the trailer brakes on fire."

As people have previously said, I hate when some Idiot Sings on the CB or just Keys up and holds it while saying nothing!
I don't mind the Radio checks so much, at least those people aren't purposely trying to annoy everyone. -
It seems to me that people really don't know what a "radio check" is. To me there is a difference between "is this thing working?", which only requires a yes...or even no answers that question, versus a "radio check". When I ask for a "radio check", I want to know a few more things than just the fact I am transmitting, and would even prefer to move off 19 to complete that check. I don't mind doing this for others either, unless their echo is so cranked open I can't understand them and they won't turn it down.
