Hey there -
My understanding is on the first day you do your drug/dot and a bunch of paperwork, along with listening to a bunch of speakers. Then the next day, you are taken to "boot camp". My questions are these:
Just curious.....
- How many days are you at boot camp?
- I read there are a bunch of manuevers you must perform with a truck when you run the obstacle course. Are these taught at boot camp, or are they expecting you to just go do them?
- When do you know if you have been hired?
- Generally how long until you are in the truck with your finisher?

Con-Way has a pet policy. The pay chart says "Different pay scale for those that have a pet". Aside from the obvious answer, does anyone know how different the pay is?
-
1cpm, split if its a team, deducted. So if you make normally .36cpm.. with a pet you'll make .35cpm.

Where's the bootcamp located?

I talked with a recruiter several months ago. They did a student thing last year. 3 months is what they were asking for then. They might have relaxed that by now. Other companies are doing that.
