    i would like to know anyones input on the automatic columbias and the mercedes engines are the pretty much the same as a detroit is the volvos with the cummings engine better over all compared to the volvo engine and the mercedes engine

    Both are crappy engines and I would take Detroit or cummins before I took one of the two. Ask Sandlapper about his Volvo. Volvo and Mercedes lack in number of dealerships. Not all Detroit dealers are Mercedes. Not all Cummins are Volvo dealers.
