Ok, I been driving a Kenworth 2011 T-600 and it has a factory bunk heater, that I just learned how to use. It runs off of the fuel tank, it is nice and quiet and much better than idling all night.

I just wanted to add that those 'truckers' who support paying for parking spaces at the T/A are truly ignorant since everything they sell (which we truck to them) are already grossly overpriced. I was at the Petro in Oak Grove, MO a few days ago, all parking was free, the way it should be.

like I said it was OVERSIZE, but only in one place, a valve on a co2 tank stuck out 10 inches about 6 feet off the ground, that bumped the rate to 2.81 to the truck. it wasn't hard at all to get in there at 9 pm. yeah I know didn't put the sings and all on til the next morning. you do what ya gotta do.

lol, no more ignorant than those who circle the lot endless waiting for a spot to open, I can afford it, it doesn't waste my time, I don't have even worry if a spot is waiting on me, and many other reasons.

it is no more ignorant than an ignorant one who cant see the benefits of it. I wonder what category you fall into , although since it took you a while to figure out a bunk heater may give us a clue.

Fair enough.. but being mostly a local driver who occasionally goes on a regional run who has never driven newer equipment while being surrounded by ignoramuses is much a lesser crime than a selfish person who supports the greed and lies of the T/A liars who are setting us up for another swindle under the guise of 'losing revenue'.

It's a shame too because it took away so many jobs from higher skilled butchers.
