Are the rumors of 14s having real APUs true or just rumors?

Tulip City Truck Stop in Holland, MI tonight. Had dinner with another Maverick driver in the restaurant here. Have to get up early tomorrow morning to go deliver this load.

I dont know. I will have to see if I can get a closer look and see. Im betting rumor though. Maverick tends to stick with what works for them and it seems for the most part the epu's are working for them.

In Beaumont, MS. Turned down a load of Veneer because it was to wide for the trailer. This load would have got me home.

If it was out of Emerson AR, I have the same thing. Hanging off in spots so it was a pain to strap and get bungies thru the rub rail. I didn't want to take it, but I wanted to go home! Another Mav loaded right behind me with the same stuff.

No MSP. It was ok, no over night parking but I found a spot.

FYI any loads that exceed 102" aka your trailers rub rail,is considered over dimensional and requires a permit. Get caught running one of those veneer loads that they cant stack right so it exceeds the edge of your trailer and its a pretty hefty fine, one that Maverick will not cover. They can,if they want stack those veneer sheets so that they can be loaded within the trailer rubrail but some of those places are lazy because most drivers will just haul it that way. I personally had made a GP shipping dept pretty mad a few years back when they refused to quit loading me while I called Maverick about the over size. They ended up having to unload the whole trailer because they didnt want to buy aOD permitand Maverick wasnt pulling it without one.
