Manchester, PA, then pickup in NJ tomorrow heading to Toronto.

 

G-r-e-a-t. Just in time for my orientation.

 

Precision Strip Middletown, OH. Gonna get a couple hours of sleep then do my 2nd RELOAD of the day today at 10pm. Finish an 8 hr SB then off to Princeton, IN before the sun comes up. Probably will reload tomorrow morning in Rockport I hope... This week has been hardcore so far...... On my 6th load by Wednesday evening....

LOL that reminds me of orientation. A good buddy of mine that I went through flatbed training with was a big fan of that movie. He liked to finish his work, and then sneak up behind those of us who were still working and yell as loud as he could:

"THIS IS MY BULKHEAD!!! THERE ARE MANY OTHERS LIKE IT, BUT THIS ONE IS MINE!"

He had the whole voice down perfectly lol. Always got a huge laugh, even from the instructors. And he'd change it up every day, substituting bulkhead for something else (tarp, bungee, strap, coil, etc.)

He's still here, as far as I know. His name was John, I'd have to look up his last name from my graduation photo. Hilarious guy though, always had a good joke. Kept us all sane on the night shift barn training.

One more day of class. After 30 students in the training class. Finally have a lesson plan. All based on songs describing what I will be singing with corresponding weeks of training. Lol. Gnite all from the red roof little rock, ar.
