You can't, unless your total expenses exceed the $59 per day deduction. Mine didn't come close.

But, Maverick has been known to reimburse a driver for parking fees if you didn't have anywhere else to go... It's rare, but I've seen it once or twice. Can't hurt to ask if you're really needing that $10

 

Marathon Truck Stop off US-231 in Owensboro, KY. Got empty tonight- early. Will start off empty in the morning WOO-HOO!!

 

Can't you elect out of the per diem thing? I know I read about it in the handbook once.

 

Wichita Falls at PPG, again. I just know they're sending me to Laredo. I've got bad luck. But I deadheaded 1,000 miles this weekend and brought my fuel mileage up to 8.56

 

that particular one was only a glorified gas station. Only about 20 spots so I had to pArk across the street on a Dead end street. The one in Percival, ia (I-29 x 10) I huge and very nice inside. ThAt is one of the best TS I have stopped at.

Gary indina at the pilot on 94 heading to Lowell Michigan then Detroit got a 2 drop load of Slinkys my first load of them wasn't as bad as I thought
