"whats Your Handle?"

Started out as JW. Then started hauling rock with a group of guys, one thought my name was junior.. so that stuck. Now they call me June Bug. Who knows why, I just answer.

 

It probally will take you a little while to find one that you decide on . Mine is Desperado and I have that handle since the summer of 1980 . I do remember when I starting driving I could not make up mind . One day some friends told me the song on the radio reminded them of me . So ever since then it's been Desperado .

It will come to you when you least expect it .

I didn't have one for the longest time. Never could decide on one and wasn't going to just give myself one if I didn't like it.

Then one day I was in truck stop and saw this older female driver having a hellava time trying to slide her tandems. Everyone was up in their trucks just watching. I decided to hop out and lend a hand. 5 minutes later she was set.

On the way out of the stop she came across the CB and said I was a "Classic Knight." The name stuck with me for the next couple hundred miles and kinda grew on me.

The Classic is still there on with many of my friends but most drop it and just call me Knight when they see me. I answer to either. The ol'e girl thinks it suites my personality also.
