    Our newbies start at full scale.
    Last guy that just finished training went from 19 per to 34..he is pleased.

    Previous company was a couple hours to fill out paperwork, then handed keys and directions to the shipper.
    Current company was 6 hours paperwork and safety videos, then 1.5 days as a ride along getting paid the normal hourly rate for a new employee.
