When did you start hiring staff?

For any fleet owners or O/O on here, I was just curious at what point did you feel you needed staff. Interesting to see how many trucks it took to become too much. I know my local company runs about 15 trucks now and the owner runs it as well as another lady she hired on to work the office with her. The owners ex-husband and a driver do all our maintnance though.
