This might be the wrong place to post this. But I haven't seen it posted yet. Does anyone know when the 72 hours start?

72 hours in regards to what?
-
The 72-hour inspection blitz they do every year about this time...
I'm curious too...I'd like to get a CVSA sticker on my window. -
Tuesday June 8. If you are referring to the annual sting.Chain Drive and simplyred1962 Thank this.

You all can save the trouble by going to a coop and asking for an inspection....
You don't need an appointment...and I'm sure DOT will be too happy to assist you....Saddle Tramp Thanks this. -
You can also go the the IRS and beg for an audit too. But I wouldn't recommend it.
otherhalftw, Working Class Patriot, Saddle Tramp and 5 others Thank this. -
Actually some of the DOT guys are less likely to ticket you for something they find when you ask to be inspected than when they pull you out back and find it.
If you are 95% positive that you are good to go then ask. -
going in and asking for trouble is like playing russian roulette with an automatic.
-
You're only asking for trouble if your equipment isn't up to par. In which case you get everything you have coming. If you're a professional driver who drives good equipment then you have nothing to worry about. Go for it.RockyWI Thanks this.
