    In one of the pics there’s a set of duals sitting by the guardrail with on tire missing. I’d be willing to bet that’s the culprit.

    Story says it came off of a trailer.

    ? It just says a tire and rim came off another semi and hit him and screwed up his steering.
    They should have showed us a picture of the truck that list the tire
