    Do I know you?

I doubt it. It is always your decision.

If the man gets in a Accident that causes death or injury and is found in Gross Negligence, and he is personally responsible. He will get his due. Chances are he is quite able to run hard and it don't effect him physiologically like it may you, and he may be more alert than you would ever be. Some people are like that! Just because we now live in a Nanny State that has laws for everything makes it right, I don't think so! Why don't you turn your friend in for Farting! that is illegal now also! Only in A Non Free Country are we more concerned about what our "Friends" are doing than what we are doing! It used to be the Communist that ratted out their "friends" Oh yea. We now live in one!

lets be honest folks....are you gonna tell me that if you are stuck in traffic that you actually log that???? no..if you dont have scales to cross...you adjust your book to show you did it in your time left...if you are at say 13 hrs since coming on duty....and its 2 more hrs to where ya wanna stop.(now on duty wise you of course still have time, but cant drive past that 14th hour).......and or a PLACE to stop.... you are gonna go on to where you were gonna or can stop, and log it legal even tho it wasnt....so we allll break the law ...just some more than others....

My buddy just called laughing his ##### off over this. Since some stoop to calling me a rat without the soghyest clue who my buddies is, we would both like to offer the challenge of figuring out ANY detail about him or the company he works for. Also, he runs like that out of fear of not having a job tomorrow, has 3 kids, he is a company driver not O/O, he's % not per hr or mile. So there are a few clues for you guys. O, he would like to add his age for kicks- 42. LOL Some of you are actually serious about me being a rat! LOL. To the one or two that brought up what would happen if he has an accident running over his hrs, thanks. There are many many cases that we were able to dig up and although either of us hate to admit it, you are right. Gotta go, we running to Philly together in a few hrs. Lookout...big hint for the bounty hunters on here! LOL
