I have high hopes for you. If you do it right, you make magnum wage. Pay it off and re lease it. 4 of 5 fail. Carriers don't like O/O's. You get scraps. Keep them poor. No IFTA no plates, I survived, out of spite. You have to be really tough. If they don't have money, they will be our slaves. Mega Fleet, personnel, He's She's good. Lets offer them a management position. Keep your enemy closer. Mega Fleet people.

You cant get your authority until you have an application on file and proof of liability insurance and BOC 3 filings. It kinda all in when you make the plunge. Ive had mine 20 years and a LLC or S corp is only usefull after your income reaches a certain level for taxing pueposes and does not relieve you of any liabilty and or reduce risk.

 

Call Rick McNeil at MCCI he can help you with the fed tax ID#, boc 3 filings and most everything else. A pretty straight shooter, he has helped me out a lot in the past. They can even take care of you drug test and log book auditing if needed.

When ever you have any questions Serious question about Authority- Boc 3 - SCRS Form-insurance required-or any question regarding DOT you can actually get it answered by people that know STUFF not by a Chicken Hauler and it is all included in your membership if you try to get it done by your self or have some unknown company do it. you may end up spending more time fixing problems than Getting it DONE
Step 2 - Before you quit your company go to walmart and get you a binder and start looking to clone what the company you are leased to permit book looks like except the papers you put in the new binders will have your company name
Step 3- Take it one step @ a time Don't Rush Don't Rush Don't Rush and that is enough for now I don't want to give you too much info but what ever you do only listen to one source of info don't start getting information from all over GOD's creations & get confused & Accomplish Nothing ........kapeesh?
