Many drivers for a lot of years. Get pi$$ed at the company, not the guy that fixed you and just wants to be paid. Like a lot of things, right or wrong, there is a way to make it easy for you and a way for it to be hard. Straighten it out later.

Well....OP said the EFS system was down in one of the previous posts so we ought to go with the benefit of the doubt....that happens sometimes. Where I fault the OP and the company is not trying to see things from the mechanic's point of view. Drivers need to learn that you catch bees with honey. The company should have got in the horn with EFS, it ain't like they're not 24/7. If there was proper/professional communication, I guarantee it wouldn't have escalated to this level.

Except it's the only legal way to log his wait. Not saying it's right (I dislike the 70) but if one starts accusing another of illegal activities, one might want to actually be legal or sound like a hypocrite.
