The "drink 8 cups a day..." is a misunderstanding of the average body needs 8 cups of water per day. Included in the 8 cups a day are the fluids in solid foods you eat. It's not eat a good diet AND drinks 8 cups a day, although almost all media report it that way. Even a steak is mostly water, believe it or not. The water is just in the cells of the muscle.

Pee in a bottle. Stop long enough to pour in the grass, start driving. 5 minute impact on your schedule. Trainer would rather stop for you to cool a tire than have you get kidney problem or pee accidentally in truck. You are entitled to pee, even if you don't have a million miles.

But you don't have to litter. Your going to pee again, re-use the bottle or throw EMPTY in trash.

I've never been a trainer but if I was I would make them climb out onto the cat walk while the truck was moving 65 mph to take a leak and get a golden shower. No way I would waste 5 minutes for someone to relieve themselves.

I heard that. As some of the other posters mentioned if I need to take a quick one, I'll find an off ramp with a wide shoulder and no Leo's and give the tires a good wash. Usually no more than 5 minutes to take care of business and then back on the road.

How's it indecent exposure if your bird is pointed between the tandems? No one's gonna see it.

Sip your drinks. Or you can get pee bags like fighter pilots use. Don't get in my truck, because we don't stop for nothing. Unless I have to go pee lol.
