Where’s the job for me?

I’m have been at my current company for 18 months, 62cpm, averaging 3,500+ miles in 5.5 - 6 days, taking a 34 and doing it all over again. That’s exactly what I want out of a company but I don’t need all the toxicity and lies every time I turn around. I’m looking for a dry van position, great equipment, steady work, none of this sitting around waiting for another load. Any suggestions?
