FedEx Custom Critical is all O/O's, and they prefer a teammate to maximize miles.
Also, a good deal of switcher jobs are B jobs.

 

Take it for what it cost ya. But I've been dealing with van lines for close to 30 years. Coleman and Covan (same owner both allied) I wouldn't reccomend to my worst enemy. Sure they have some long time drivers like all companies do. However I have seen dozens of good hhg operators go there. They all think I'm a good operator it will be different for me. Only to wind up going broke, losing truck, some losing even more thinking it will get better.
