Where can i lease on a 1985 trans star

    Or the money to maintain the truck because they are running for cheap.....?
    No matter what your truck looks like, new or old, the appearance of the truck is a reflection upon the company you pull for in my opinion. I'm sure most companies prefer newer to avoid the potential older truck that looks like the hind quarters of bad luck with their name plastered on the side. I'm all for older trucks, but keep it decent looking, I remember back in the 90's seeing trucks with duct tape, or bungee cords holding the frontend together, that should be a "get it home thing", not a keep on hammering thing. Now where did I lay my wrench......:)

    Farm2Fleet will lease on anything that passes an annual DOT inspection. Got my 1979 K100 leased on no problem.

    What you said makes no sense. How many older trucks do you see on the side of the road? It has to everything to do with most older trucks aren't ELOG compatible. Truck maintenance is truck maintenance, those who don't do it won't do it on a new truck any faster than they will an older pre-DPF truck. In fact there is more maintenance and more repairs to be done on late model trucks.
