    I have two trucks, Chevy CC 6500 & CC 3500. I want to get in to the hot shot biz. I have had a towing biz for 13 yrs. Its time to change it up. How do I get started? What do I do first?

    Hot shots are in high demand here in the bay area, but the tow truckers I know out here make a killing...why the change up? Since you have business experience, I'd say gain your own authority, arrange your own routes and build a customer base that is entirely your own. Easier said than done, but very possible for somebody with years of prior transportation business experience...
