Where do most truckers park their trailers???

Truck stop. Better check with em before dropping

 

If you are in a housing development or subdivision you ma not be allowed to park even your tractor in the neighborhood. If your house is inside an HOA it's unlikley they will allow a big commercial truck to be parked. If you are rural, probably, but don't just assume it's OK. Some drivers get a ticket and that's how they learn they can't park at home.

RV parking are the more common places to park a truck/trailer during home time. Some shipper/receivers near you may allow you to park. The last place I would want to park anything important would be a truck stop as there are chances it gets hit or broken into.

Last time I left my truck and trailer at a truck stop it cost me about $500k

I would definitely recommend that you discuss your dilemma with TMC. They probably won’t like it if their trailer gets stolen.

 

Coming home loaded your going to want so solid ground to drop on. It'd best best to rent a spot and stay hooked. Or near by truck stop but also stay hooked

I would ask to leave it at the nearest terminal or drop yard, that way it's on company property.
