Like, I know I can pick up the phone and buy a health insurance plan anywhere. Expensive. And the ACA seems about to be deep sixed as soon as SCOTUS gets that case in a couple months or so to rule on. Is there a group plan available out there that is recomended? Depending on where I lease onto, There may be answers there too. But as a person that has had group plans as a company driver everywhere I've been, I'd greatly appreciate some ideas if anyone has a moment. TIA.

Go to healthcare.gov, open enrollment is coming up soon. You have plenty of time to get info in order. Pick the cheapest BCBS silver or bronze plan. Don’t be discouraged by the “estimate” for premium. Once you’re picked a plan, call them, talk to a real person. If the first one doesn’t seem knowledgeable, hang up and call again. The actual premium will be less than the “ estimate. They’ll have your tax records, AGI for last filing already. Estimate you’re income, for upcoming year. don’t under estimate, because you’ll owe money at tax time if you do. Overestimate and you’ll get a refund. Either way the actual cost will be settled at tax time. Despite all the things you hear, this will be by far the best deal you’ll find. Period. But you have to actually call them, they’re still underfunded, sometimes it takes a few calls to get the right person, who knows what they’re doing. Don’t take no for an answer.

Call a local insurance broker, this is what they do and it doesn't cost any more to use a broker than to go directly to the company. Agents represent one company, and brokers represent many companies, so they can get quotes for a lot of different insurance carriers. I was a broker for 30 years.

ACA plans are still available in many states, and even if the program does get cut, it won't happen overnight. Take advantage of it while it's still around.
