i would go 12 chains and binders.... 3/8 size.. and atleast 20 straps.. so you have some extras when 1 gets cut. or those loads. where u could throw 30 straps at it and its not enough.... coil tarps... are you hauling coils? if so you are going to need coil racks and angled dunnage.. if you buy the fancy racks that sit at an angle then you can just use regular dunnage.
Where do you buy Straps / Chains / Binders?

Right on brother ! Everything else looks good to me. All of that is what I carry. If you got the space your truck, maybe some harbor freight moving blankets, to use on those sharp loads that need tarped

Tarpstop all the way! If they're out of something I go to Mytee or Zoro.

I've had loads that required 21 straps.
12 chains in case you get a load of crushed cars.
3/8 is pretty heavy to throw on them stacks though. You'll want 5/16 for those loads.
Keep an eye on carpet or padding. You'll need em for sharp loads to protect your straps.
Some loads require 6 foot or 8 foot drops.TooTiredToTalk Thanks this.
