I've been using Allstays Truck Stops and Travel Plazas on my note 3 and had it on my iphone 4S. You can try it out on the Google play store then request a refund if you don't like it.
Where do you get info about truck stops from?

I use MyDAT app. Gives you a listing of truck stops nearest to furthest from you, what exit they're at, price for diesel fuel, number of parking spots, what restaurants and amenities it has, etc. Also shows nearest rest areas, scales, washes, truck friendly hotels and the closest Walmart. Pretty nifty app, all based info based on your current location.

I use my GPS, smart phone (Petro, Love's, etc... all have an app) and a little paper back that you can buy in truck stops. I think it's call "Truck Stop Guide". I use my GPS (Rand McNally 720) the most as it will tell me what truck stops are in my route and how far away they are. It will also tell me what stops are close to my destination.
