That is, I believe, company-wide. Previous CDL experience gets you top rate.
To be honest, I'd apply elsewhere. A combination of circumstance has made for a good first year there for me, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Man, they have really came with the money the last couple of years. Im in a level C hub and it works for me. I dont know if i wanna live where they pay that top rate. But thats why those areas get payed more.

I transferred from a C EOL. Was very close to home now I commute to a top pay hub which is 30 miles away. Reason was the hub I transferred to has more AM bids than PM. Most of the meets during the day are 500 miles or less. I’m still looking to get out of trucking altogether now. Tired of the hours and never sure when I’m gonna be home.Hawkeye72 Thanks this.
